SURFACE WATER RESCUE TECHNICIAN

Become certified as a Surface Water Rescue Technician.
 
This class is open to the public and specifically designed for EMT-B, EMT-P, Law Enforcement, and Fire Department personnel.

The class is 8 hours in duration and an optional 2nd day boat operations class can be added. 

Course will cover the following material:

1. Water rescue equipment
2. Self Rescue
3. Victim rescue
4. Rescue methods
5. Medical treatment
6. Basic knots 


The tuition for this course is $95 for the one day and $149 for the 2 day class. Tuition includes workbook and all materials necessary.

Student should bring swimsuit, towel, and swim goggles/mask.
