PHTLS AND TCCC
TCCC Provider Course -
This is a two day NAEMT - TCCC course. For certification you must have PHTLS or ITLS certification, unless you are a military medic. If you require PHTLS please contact the training department (training@psacampus.org) for information on the PHTLS program.
The TCCC course is the companion course to PHTLS for the military and for the tactical medic supporting law enforcement and other special operations.
The TCCC course teaches the basic principles for the management of the trauma patient. Within this educational program is emphasis on the need to rely on critical thinking and a strong foundation of knowledge to modify the care of the patient as required by the situation, the condition of the patient, the knowledge and skill of the provider, and the resources available at the time the care is needed.
Tuition: $295 Textbook: $65 (PHTLS and TCCC included in same book)
HOST A CLASS:
Host a TCCC class at your agency, unit, or installation. Contact the Training Department to discuss your specific needs.
Optional Training
1. One day, practical based scenarios utilizing airsoft weapons.
2. One day, practical based live-fire scenarios. Training will be conducted at range.
Morning session is weapon familiarization and training. Afternoon includes tactical training.
Contact the Training Department to schedule TCCC training in Tampa or your home location utilizing these additional training options.
